This delivery mode allows the candidate to cover the topics and assessments of a first aid course in an online course and then attend a face to face practical assessment. Candidates complete their online learning prior to attending the first aid course. A token code to access the online learning will issued to candidates within 48 hours of enrolment into this course.

Candidates must print off and hand their completion certificate to the trainer on the day in order to be eligible to participate in the practical session. This completion certificate can be accessed once all modules have been successfully completed.

All candidates are required to successfully complete a range of practical assessments and a multiple choice theory exam.  A candidate must perform at least two minutes of uninterrupted CPR on an infant, and an adult resuscitation manikin placed on the floor.  Please note: This course requires practical application of Resuscitation and other practical scenarios that will require kneeling on the floor.
